We begin beneath the surface, exploring neurodivergent experiences, profiles, and potential.We learn what it’s like to operate in our world with ADHD and Autism directly from those who live these experiences.
From neuroscience to quantum theory, we explore how awareness and attention shape the way we experience reality and what it means for various neurotypes.

Immersion
Finding Our Flow (Currents & Tides)
We study how history and culture shape ideas of “normal”; how these ideas pathologize neurotypes, and have influenced our ways of being in the world and with others.All neurotypes learn together. Acceptance of difference unfolds into inclusion; "neurodiversity" becomes "neuropluralism".

Gathering Currents (Confluence)
We learn together, like rivers converging.As we build skills for awareness, communication and (co-)regulation, we also meet each other’s unique ways of sensing and attuning; strengthening our compassion, our precense, our courage, and our creativity; and offering a glimpse into the ways our rigid systems cap our collective potential.

Taking Flight (Evaporation into Air)
Inclusion becomes like air; so pervasive we fail to notice it.The inclusive learning experience cultivates mutual understanding and de-stigmatization; bringing ease to exploring what we each need to be successful.

Learning Methodology
Uncertainty becomes a teacher, collaboration a practice, and creativity a compass. Learners are invited to take ownership of their growth, acting and reflecting in equal measure while co-creating paths forward. Grounded in leadership, design, and imagination, this approach transforms complexity into fertile ground for innovation and resilience.
Our methodology is learning through doing. Rather than offering answers, we create the conditions for curiosity, exploration, and dialogue. The classroom becomes a living environment where experimentation and reflection give rise to new insights and possibilities.
