Most parents want to create a home full of ease and joy; a place where everyone feels safe, connected, and understood for who they are. But when you’re raising a neurodivergent child, that vision can sometimes feel out of reach. You’re doing your absolute best, yet your child’s behaviour may be unpredictable, they might be struggling at school or socially, and you are stressed in the moment even as you worry about their future.

Traditional parenting advice often falls short, and it’s easy to feel at a loss for how to truly support your child. You may experience moments of exhaustion, guilt, or loneliness alongside all the love and effort you’re giving. In all the things you’ve achieved in life, nothing has asked this much of you before.

You are not alone.

Group Coaching for Women Leaders with Neurodivergent Kids is a space to exhale, connect, and be seen. It’s for women who hold professional responsibilities and a deep desire to show up fully for their neurodivergent kids. It’s for mothers who want to create a family life of ease, joy, and belonging. We will connect, share, and learn practical tools and insights that you can use right away to start to shift the vibe in your home.

We will use the CAIR framework as our launchpad and together, we’ll create an open, judgment-free environment to:

  • Deepen understanding of neurodivergent profiles and behaviours

  • Learn practical strategies for self- and co-regulation

  • Explore how your leadership strengths can support you at home

  • Explore the kind of family environment you want to have and how to get there

You’ll leave each session with relief, insight, tangible next steps - and a clearer sense of what sustainable support looks like for you as both a mother and a leader.

Facilitated by Gillian Nycum - certified coach, parent of a neurodivergent teen, and Executive Director of Authentic Front - these sessions offer a calm, compassionate, and neurodiversity-affirming approach to leadership and parenting alike.
