We are making progress; inclusion and accommodation are now common themes - but accommodation overlooks an extraordinary opportunity.
Neuropluralism is the embrace of neurodivergent minds as not only valid, but valuable.
We don’t simply make space for diverse minds. We turn toward neurodivergence as a vital underutilized resource, a way for us all to understand ourselves and each other better, and to and celebrate the unique perspectives that differences in mind can bring.

…a non-profit organization that champions neuropluralism. Across classrooms, boardrooms and living rooms, we host (and facilitate access to) workshops that teach leadership and social-emotional learning skills through a neurodivergent lens.
Our courses are creative learning experiences – anchored in sensation, connection, immersive art, and science. You'll gain skills and knowledge that move us all further, toward unlocking the potential that neurodivergence will help us all better ourselves and our world.

What we do
The courses we host are creative learning spaces where you learn by doing. You’ll explore neurodivergent experiences, profiles, and potential; as well as neuroscience, the origin of our ideas of “normal,” the assumptions that underlie our social construction of the “typical” mind, and the ways in which these limit us all.
You’ll learn skills for regulation, communication, and connection, and we’ll engage with each other’s unique ways of sensing and attuning – strengthening our compassion, our presence, our courage, and our creativity, and offering a glimpse into the ways our rigid systems cap our collective potential.
Participants learn by doing, in ways that support everyone’s learning – and especially neurodivergent learners.

Leadership development training for individuals and organizations
Through the lens of neurodivergent experience, we offer leadership skills training for individuals and organizations. You’ll draw inspiration from the unique contributions of neurodivergent minds, and learn new skills to lead yourself and others – listening, communication, regulation, and more.
Seminars for educators
Educators engage with neurodiversity every day. Each student brings a learning style all their own, and while teaching has become increasingly inclusive, our seminars push this further, toward a knowing of the value of neurodivergence. We offer educators a deeper understanding of neurodivergent experience, more tools to discuss neurodiversity in the classroom, and avenues to unlock and share the unique value that neurodivergent minds contribute.
Parents and families
We guide parents and families, through games that unlock connection, sensation, and regulation. Through this play, we learn about each others’ unique experiences in the world and gain new skills for relating to each other. We also learn a bit about neuroscience and the origins of ideas around “normalcy,” to help us all better understand and overcome the social constructs and invisible forces that categorize our minds.
